As a fully remote agency with employees spread across the US, We work hard to maintain our work relationships through regular full team meetings, monthly all-hands, lunch n’ learns, virtual wedding and baby showers, and regular 1-on-1 mentorship.
Yet even with those touchpoints, there’s no replacement for connecting in real life. That’s why we host our annual Spark Summit, an in-person event to discuss industry trends, collaborate on the business, have fun and raise a little hell.

UI Designer
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation and grasp of visual design and typography principles demonstrated across various mediums, with a focus and personal interest in apps and responsive online experiences. Beyond this, a desire to learn, constantly improve, geek out, and push yourself always to be thinking about what’s next in the rapidly evolving world of user experience design is a must.
Front-End Developer
The close creative collaboration between front-end developers and designers is essential to a great digital experience. For this position, we look for someone who loves to add value to a concept through the latest interactions, animation, and development techniques. Ideally, this developer thinks multi-dimensionally concerning aesthetics, function, performance, and maintenance.
